Hi, I am Don. I grew up in South Georgia. I moved to Colorado in 2003 and have a long history in construction and manufacturing. I joined CRTO in 2012 and have been involved with the company in some capacity ever since. I did spend time managing our manufacturing business which includes sheds, trusses, and metal roofing and siding, here in Colorado. My focus is primarily on developing relationships with manufacturers and lots that create long term partnerships. God has blessed me with a wife and 4 children. We enjoy the outdoors, living in Colorado. Our hobbies include camping, hunting, fishing, golf and traveling. One of my personal goals is to leave a positive impact on the people I encounter each day!
Hi! I’m Diana, I was born and raised in rural S.C. where I learned the value of treating everyone as your neighbor in the form of good ole southern hospitality. I moved to Delta, CO in 1994 and it has been a great place for my husband and I to raise our 3 children. I love being a mom and it has deepened my adaptability and multitasking skills. I have experience in record keeping and customer service, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. I joined the CRTO USA team in 2012 at its inception and have been a part of successfully growing this business into a company that I am proud to be a part of. I am committed to delivering sustainable growth and value, and I am passionate about helping others succeed and reach their goals. In the office, I make sure things run smoothly and function in a supportive role for my colleagues, creating a culture of mutual respect and encouragement. When I’m not in the office you can usually find me in my kitchen or somewhere outdoors, I love the mountains, my animals and a good book.
Hi! I’m Shelley. I joined the CRTO team in August 2022 after a lengthy career as an office and accounting manager for a manufacturing business in the food industry. If you find me in the CRTO office, I will most likely be engaging with the sales teams at various shed lots; writing, reviewing, and entering new contracts into our billing system; or performing onboarding calls with new RTO customers. I provide back-up assistance for other team members and enjoy developing relationships with our sales lots and RTO customers. I’m a big fan of being outdoors in my free time, whether it’s working in my yard or riding my 4-wheeler in the beautiful Colorado mountains. Once the snow hits, I love painting pottery and reading a good book.
Hello. I’m Haley. I was born in the Colorado Rockies & grew up camping, hiking, and raising horses. Exploring the vast mountains since I was little has filled me with a sense of adventure for new experiences and places. I previously worked as a Medical Assistant & Patient Advocate in the health profession. Since joining the CRTO team in 2022, I have applied the interpersonal communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills that I learned in the medical field to the customer support aspects of this position. I communicate with our customers daily: answering questions, scheduling payments, or assisting with any concerns. I love creating flexible payment plans that suit our customer’s unique needs and finding solutions to each individual concern. Outside the office, I enjoy music & reading. I love traveling to other countries and experiencing all the unique cultures that make up our world.
Hello, I am RoseAnn. I moved to Colorado from the Midwest to assist in the care of my elderly parents and help maintain their ranch and farming lifestyle. I am passionate about exceeding customer expectations and have over 30 years of experience in handling customer portfolios and managing customer payment plans. My background in various industries has allowed me to hone my skills to effectively address inquiries, resolve payment concerns, and ensure a positive experience through my reliability and trustworthiness. I take great pride in helping people accomplish the ownership of their financial investment for their building/shed. My husband is my great love. We have two adult children and are thrilled to have recently become grandparents. Outside of work, I enjoy lots of sunshine, being in nature, gardening, rockhounding, and music.
