With our rent-to-own, you will own the building after 2-5 years depending on your term.

What are your monthly terms available for Rent-to-Own contracts?
We offer 24-, 36-, 48-, and 60-month contract options. Please note: the 60-month term is not available in all states.
What Are My Upfront Costs?
Typically, you will need one month’s rent and the cost of delivery at the time of signing the contract.
Some structures and livestock shelters require an additional security deposit.
What is the interest rate?
There is no interest! The rent-to-own program is not interest-based financing. You are renting the building on a month-to-month basis. When you make your payment each month, a portion of it goes toward the purchase of the building and the remaining portion serves as the rental fee.

When are payments due and how can I pay?
Payments are due on the 10th of each month. Invoices are generated approximately three weeks before the due date and sent via email, mail, or both.
Payment methods accepted: debit/credit card, ACH, money order, and check. Payments can be made by calling the office, using our online portal, or sent by mail.
Payment arrangements of weekly, biweekly, and monthly are available.
Is there a penalty to pay off early?
No! After you make one regular monthly payment to CRTO USA, you have the option to pay off early at any time. Just give our office a call for your current payoff amount.
Can I Live In My Shed?
No. The CRTO USA rent-to-own program is not intended for structures that will be used as dwelling places or tiny homes. The rental property is for storage purposes only and is not to be used for a residence of any kind.
